Kit collar problem

i've just imported a new kit into PES3 on my PC and the kit comes out with a thick green line on the collar where it is supposed to be transparent. Every other kit i have put into the game have all been BIN files and all work fine.But on this kit i got it as a picture (bmp) from a site.I found it as a picture on many sites but i can never get any of them the way they r supposed to look. I use the pic decoder to do this maybe i'm doing it wrong so i'll tell u how i do this so u may help me find the problem.

1.get the pic and save it on my hard drive as BMP
2.Open the pic decoder and choose to open a bin file kit.
3.then i choose to import a BMP image.
4.Select the new kit that is a BMP
5.it says imported
6.close everything and see that the kit is a mess


If i have done anything wrong here please help and tell me.
