The cd way?is this the update disc or can you save it onto a disk yourself????

You can download any updated option file for pes4 such as the ones made by pesfan or ratinho (or whistle which will be released soon). Transfer these to your memory card using an x-port or a max drive. There is a guide to show how to convert these files to bin/cue which will load the file using a chipped/modded ps2.

Alternatively you can get jonboyo's patch which updates a whole lot of stuff in the game. In the Downloads section.

There is no update disk for pes4.
