Hi from Prince. I am going to create a software that will create Kit for PES in PNG format in 512x512 pixel size. But there is a problem I face. I need a *.dds file modifier to edit texture from PES 2015.

Please give me the download link of a good *.dds file editor.( I user Paint.Net. )
