Photoshop, GIMP or Paint.net

For learning when you don't have experience i strongly recommend making a template with PesEdit Kit Creator:

there you start doing the kit, download the texture and work with it in photoshop or any other programm.

Also use Blender, to see the kit and your changes during edit:

i upload all i have , only 2 teams not uploaded yet, you can download all one by one
i think pes18 pc can be the same like ps4 (i have ps4 and all team exports , see speckopf thread)

i will make an all in one package of everything when all the teams are finished. then you have all kits in one ZIP file, but also team exports and flags (also some stadium images) will be in the pack, but is definitely easier downloading all and delete what you dont need.

did it like i can - these kits are correct and up to date, quality for some could be better i guess. Lesotho i already made once but was not correct template, now is correct.

Those look great, but I will keep the old Lesotho ones, they're much better ;)

The Tanzania kits I have to update, that giraffe is a nice touch haha :D
