KitServer > importing kits

i'm using a kitserver(cant remmember which one.. =P)
but when i put in new kits (edit them in Photoshop) they are transparent..

in photoshop i open a new image (with transparent background) and make it 512X256. Then i put the kit in and Index the colour. then i save it as a PNG.
but it comes out transparent. but when i put the previous kit in there it works.

i need help on how to fix this..

Use WEPicture Decoder, open the png/bmp and set the palette to opaque. Theres probably an easier way i dont know
