:shocking: any ideas wads features KONAMI released in the 21st DEC 09 DLC i tink should me the same like fifa 10 , it contains the world cup kits for germany, argentina , france, spain and mexico but i 'm not sure and tis its not confirmed and dare not to dream KONAMI might even licensed every ting including the EPL teams and world cup ah , european cup ah , UCL , europa league and fifa club world cup all intergrated into master league LOL but to me i tink if KONAMI and fifa works together , they sure haf a great future without fighting who processing the best games in the world , pes , winning eleven or FIFA ??? as KONAMI released free DLC for pes , winning eleven while FIFA updates need to be paid in order to get its updates and tis updates probably coz more than 10 - 20 dollars according to play station store in the PS3 menu and by working together we can get almost 95 % of the games licensed and get free updates some more and i dont mind paying more for the games if they really released in the future .

Is there defs a DLC today?! I will be able to check later on when home, but can you confirm in the mean time?

It really annoys me how PES is seen as the poor brother to FIFA simply because they have the licenses.

The best comparison is NBA Live vs. NBA 2K series. Each are on a level playing field with regards to licenses which means it really is down to who makes the best game. From what I hear the hardcore fans much prefer the 2K series.

I think it's the same with Fifa & PES, but people go for Fifa due to the licenses and 'pick up and play' aspect and simply don't have the time, passion or knoe how for editing PES which would seem like an incomplete game to many.

As for paying for DLC, if it were boots, extra leagues, stadiums, anything for that matter I would buy it all cos it'd be worth every penny to me! :)

Yes, the DLC is out. There are only some new shoes and 3 new balls. As for the rest, the created teams in "League B" seem to be all mixed up...so after installing the DLC one has to redo all the teams. The players and the shirts are still there, only in the wrong teams...

It screws up everything, it´s a Konami Update and not the last one, so just ignore it!

That sucks. What exactly does it do to B mate?

I haven't touched any players or anything yet so won't effect my data, but keen to know what will happen to others.

Very happy to get the new boots especially the white Umbro's for Darren Bent n John Terry :)

With regard to created teams and players (which I have nearly finished re-editing on my option file!) it just re-registers them back to their default clubs. For example all other team B players such as Player A1, A2 will return to their respective clubs so if you have changed them it will be messed up. Also fake A teams will revert to default. All created players will still be there but not registered so you just have to put them into their correct clubs. With regard to International players, they will not be registered at their clubs and you will have to do this again (same with unlocked players). So Hitzlsperger, Klose, Petric etc will have to be registered again. Also, players removed from clubs (e.g. Ashton, M.Bent) will have to be removed again. Emblems and kits remain untouched which is something I suppose :)

This is why I don't update, my option file was going on fine, then people started asking me why the option file had got messed up, but its down to them keep downloading the updates, it re-registers players, I would personally just create a separate user account on your PS3, one for the original data with your choice of option file working, and a separate one if you wish to be nosey and see the latest download content,

Also what's with people talking from the urban dictionary! Tis & dat Urghhh

I have seen people saying that if they click 'no' to over writing ediited data with the new DLC patch then they get the new stuff and all edited data is also intact..

anyone tried it?

could be the way to save the OF's

cheers
