Konami Confirms Winning 11 For Xbox 360

At today's Xbox Summit event in Japan focussing on Microsoft's Xbox 360 Konami has confirmed that a version of Winning 11 is dribbling onto the next-gen console, with a release pencilled in for Autumn 2006.
Not perhaps the most surprising news ever but considering our love of Pro Evolution Soccer here in Future towers it's got a few of us ever so slightly excited. Winning 11, just in case you've recently emerged from under a rock, is Japan's version of PES, PES essentially the same game but localised for the Western market.

And if Konami doesn't confirm a PS3 version of the first next-gen Winning 11 too in the near future, our heads will fall off in shock. Hell, it may even make it onto Revolution.

Konami has additionally revealed all-women wrestling sequel Rumble Roses XX is in development for Xbox 360, baseball sim Pro Yakyu Spirits for 360 and of course has said that it has a number of other games in development for Microsoft's next-gen console.

No doubt as many expected but konami have confirmed that Winning eleven will be ocming to the XB360 and more impotantly name a date of autumn 2006,whihc should give konami enough ime to unlock some of the XB360's potential

I've seen other pics of him, and you see the intro of x-box 360. Probably, it is the real deal, but I don't believe he has any games on it yet, so who cares. And I have heard his father has been fired too, so he now can spend his time playing with his father on his new x-box 360 :lol:
