this may sound harsh but i think konami need to pull there finger out....pro 4 doesnt seem to be shapin up that well...they have done a few more licenses and skills and thats it.....what i and everone else wants is the epl, la liga , seria a, french league, bundesliga etc...in each league u have to do whats required in real life to get in the champions league and other cups etc...fifa can do it..why cant u konami?!? then maybe later they could add lower divisions so there can be promotion and relegation fights....master leagues are growing old for me now and i feel bored with it cos it aint realistic....typical aint it...pro has gameplay and graphics while fifa has all the licences and leagues.....CANT U FUCKIN JOIN FORCES FOR GODS SAKE.....COULD FIFA PLEASE COPY PES GAMEPLAY...COULD PES COPY FIFA ...ANYTHING PLEASE I BEG U

Well said, here here or is it hear hear, i dunno, your right anyway. We have no reason to worry about the game being crap as Konami have shown us that the gameplay has been 2nd to no-one for a good few years.

i know it wont be crap but what im sayin is, eventually we will be bored unless we have more leagues and cup options.....i only bought fifa to be wolves...fifa gameplay is crap but i still enjoy playin a prem season with wolves......pro still rules though

I've got Wolves on my PES3 option file. You can play them in ML or in league mode. They might be in PES4 but if not, someone will make them and we can just download the option file.

WE needs to be real. when i say real i mean in licenses and official stuff. because their gameplay is great but the whole game is just a big fake. almost everything is made up.especially the names...man i hate the name charmatin, trad bricks, cataluna,etc... i like the idea of FIFA and WE joining forces to create the ultimate football game. FIFA will provide the graphics and licenses and WE will provide the gameplay and realism of football.

At the end of the day, they are not going to join forces.
Just like Tesco and Sainsbury won't. Would AC Milan and Inter Milan join to form one team? No. They are seperate companies. EA makes more money and Konami makes the better game. There is an interesting thread at evo-web (post by Jack Bauer) about how a certain company breaks the rules of the english FA in their game.

What next? Real Madrid and Barcelona to join together ....... shortly after Celtic and Rangers do.

i hate to admit this but what zygalski said is really true. but isn't fun to think that EA sport will team up with Konami?

I think you are all missing the underlining point 'MONEY', do you not honestly think that Konami couldn't listen to a few of you good folk for ideas on moving the game forward to create an almost perfect game, but if they did what would be the point of buying updates etc. there is someone always willing to create superb option files and patches. No, I think we will just have to wait while the major players bring out sequel after sequel until eventually we are all completely satisfied with their work.

The other thing I don't understand is how fifa is so far behind ProEvo, as far as playability at least, yet it seems that everybody has a copy, the only way to get them to pull their finger out is to stop buying it, they will soon start to rethink there game play. In my opinion Fifa96 is still the best game that they have produced.

Agree with those points, Konami and EA will not and cannot join forces, But a counter argument to Zyg...Morrisons and Safeway joined forces, HE HE well actually Safeway were taken over by morrisions, or was it the other way round? oh also BP and Mobil joined, and theres probably been a few others, but those are usually take overs. Maybe EA may buy out or try to buy out konami? hmmm probably not but if they did, i suppose their would be a form of joining of forces. Thats the only real way I can see them working together.

yeah but we are talkin about games here..not massive supermarket companies or football clubs...fifa are shitheads...every year they bring out fifa's and they know for a fact they will rake in loads of money..all they have to do is put three world class players on the front cover...when kids go into a shop and they see pro 3 and fifa..which one will they buy?...the one with pierluigi collina on the front cover or the one with ronaldinho, beckham and zidane? fifa are crafty and they know they can pull it off each year which is a shame for pro which is much better
