Konami patch 1.01

Installing the patch will update the online modes featured in the game.
Please be made aware that sometimes, during installation, the process may appear to have stalled with the window status shown as “not responding” for a few minutes.
However, we would like to ask you to wait for the installation to resume rather than to retry or abort as the installation is in progress even when the above symptoms occur.

When is this patch coming to the 360? Online play is at the moment very laggy and the squads are not up to date.

I have a problem, I've figured the problem might be one of two things.

1. Is this patch a "real" patch from Konami?
Because I am not able to install it, the installer says I don't have PES2011 installed.

2. Every time I install PES2011 I get an error, and this may be the reason why the patch won't execute. Although I just press retry a few times, then skip and the game works perfectly from what I can tell.

My exe file does not have an icon picture either, but it's the one that came with the DVD, not a virus ridden nocd crack or anything...


Anyone got any ideas?

EDIT: Never mind, half the DvD looks like it's been dipped in acid or sunbleached or something. I gotta return the damn thing.

Or is it supposed to look like that?
