I understand frustrations
Okay.. as far as i understand it.. somewhere along the line a point was missed?
I play PES so does the majority of people registered to the forum. I understand how frustrating PES can be. My bro and I play PES for hours some nights together on ML as Man U and sometimes no matter how hard we try the best we get is a draw. And yes the computer cheats and does it blindingly obvious. How else could you explain Crissy Ronaldo or SWP having 90 or so on speed and acceleration being level pegged with a defender who only has stats of 74!
My bro reckons that if you change the star rating of the game no matter what the rating of the difficulty the cpu should control the players to that of the players stats and lets face it.. on five or six stars its quite obvious the cpu doesnt do this.
I've already stated in a diff thread that the ML should be better formatted and the ML options could be alot better. The Refereeing.. well lets be realistic the referee's of todays real life game have a difficult job to do and i've been sat at home watching MOTD thinking.. "Whys he been sent off?" the decisions made by the cpu referee on PES are equally frustrating and alot of the time advantage is never played when you have one!
So you see Spawn and Zimma i do understand the frustrations of PES but i honestly can say if i sat down and listed all the great things about PES and all the worst things.... i'd still end up loving the game more than hating it.
Spawn's first message also asked a question if FIFA would replace PES. I once heard someone say "Anything is possible" .. and in the days of the Megadrive my first football title was FIFA Soccer. So all i can say is ....its possible but if Konami and Seabass stick to the program its highly unlikely.
