Its not that easy to gain stadium licenses, I think EA have lots of them exclusively. It wont be that much of a problem if we had lots of fake, but orientated stadiums. I dont think anyone would prevent them from creating stadiums that in they design are similar to English ones or smaller stadiums from lets say France/Netherlands/Portugal. The other thing is that PES team doesnt have that much of resources and time. For instance, last year one of the main issues was even smaller amount of stadiums than this year. PS4 and Xbox One at the beginning had like 12 stadiums? Adam and everyone knew that, so when they presented PES 16, it was mentioned a lot that they added more stadiums, because it was an issue INDEED, but at the same time Adam said that the total number wont be that much bigger, because the same people who are responsible for making a stadium are responsible for gameplay animations, faces and so on. So Adam mentioned that they thought animations, faces... are more important than two or three stadiums at the given time. I know, its kind of weird, but that the reality, I believe theyr resources and team are really restricted. That doesnt mean they couldnt use theyr time more effective, changing theyr priorities, but it is how it is at the moment. Not much of us get to know how they work and how everything goes out there.
