I hope not. I think if Konami want to sell the game, they should flood the internet with masses and masses of images in the 2nd last week of July which is in about 10 days time so that the public can see what to expect.

Its called a patch! Jag's JUST said it in the post before you. Search! Its at the very top of the screen at the right hand side, 3rd button/link from the right.

And considering the first translation patches dont usually begin to surface for a couple of weeks, prepare for the customary period of hazily working through the japanese character menu system and making use of dodgy translation images which usually constitute in headaches and often finding ones self completely lost and smashing your head into the screen while you wait for the patchers to work out the new encryptions and change all the tricky text etc.

Theres no time like the release of a new Winning Eleven haha.
