I doubt it, national teams don't have sponsors, so WE8 probably won't have the option of sponsor editor for national teams

IF they have templates of the new nike kit in the editor then the circle around the number should be part of the design. I hope.

If there is a sponsor editor then i'm sure it will work in the same way as the flag/badge editor, where you can create shapes and place text where you want it. I'm sure it will be pretty easy as most shirt sponsors are just a line of text.

99.99% guaranteed it will. Konami wouldn't drop a feature like this.
