How the hell do I do that? Oh I get what you mean, maybe I booted it up in the wrong setting? Anyone know which option to select at the start-up menu?

If your conencting via scart, make sure the socket is in the RGB one, and NOT the composite, usually TVs have 2 scart sockets. If you are using a non scart connector, you'll only get black and white anyways, cos WE8 is in NTSC and that will display in B&W if you dont have the right cable. BTW It's nothing to do with the swap magic/slide card.

So is the slide card and swap magic disc that is needed? i'm a little confused bout it, whats the flip top lid and all that? Just checked out that site, and you get 2 discs and the slide card in the package, will that do it? or is there anything else needed?

Use a RGB Scart cable if you can. It detects the NTSC signal and displays it as colour..

My tv only has one scart socket so that's what I'm using to connect it. Any more ideas?

Ok, I'll tell you what I'm using and maybe you can help me then. My tv has just one scart socket which has the scart connector from the ps2 (with the red,white and yellow cables) going to the av socket in the back of the ps2.
