They are in the other European Teams section when you look at the 1st PC demo using the editor, dont think the players had been added at that stage though

My info is that when that list was handed over, were 4 slots which were filled with "..." so by comparing the two lists i mkae the missing 4 teams or the "..."s to be:
Nordsjaelland
Schalke 04
Vaslui
Rangers
But, Trabzonspor is in the released list but missing from the demo list.
Also, Konami did announce there would 3 licensed BuLi teams in PES2013...

Now, I would like to think Nordsjaelland has taken the place of Trabzonspor, at least the CL will be missing BATE for a full license. And i wouldnt be surprised if the 3rd BuLi team took the place of Rangers.
What about the 2nd demo does anyone has a cracked version of that to check the progress on licenses from V1 to V2?
