You need the PES IMG Explorer tool to export the scans from bin files. Load the bin -> activate block 3 -> convert to 24 bits -> resize to 512 x 512 -> export png

Is it not easier with Game Graphic Studio? I think you just open the .bin then right click the image and save. Or drag the image onto desktop.

Wow Muta, I just tried the scan files for Omae and Rodrigo Souto you made for me, and seriously, amazing job at the formulas! I tried to make Omae myself so I could give you a formula to use to save time the day I asked about them, but you have done a much better job than I could have ever done!

Is there any chance I could give you a couple more requests from the J-League DLC for scans? I understand if you're too busy, but it would be a big help. Thanks again!

This will work fine in game, you just have to align scan to template and it should be good.

you have to move the scan after you load in game, size should be fine just need to line it up

Photoshop or GIMP normally, you can leave them on if its easier they dont show up in game
