hi mate. for the formations i always use this site
http://www.transfermarkt.com./en/1-lig/startseite/wettbewerb_TR2.html
scroll down a bit and then you can click on match report and see the formation they had in this match and also bench players.
you can also change to former matchdays and so on. hope i could help you

it looks good, especially the small national flag for each player but a bit unorganized.
you should make it so that you have 3 parts for each team

starting eleven (here you put the most actual starting eleven)
then
bank players (most actual ones)
reserves (here are the other players)

I have already done the PNG's Kits for all the kits, I just have to make the formulas. If you want I can upload them when I'm finished with the kits.
