its subjective. If you consider them highly developed or just worthy of certain stats then go for PSD if you think their average players or bad then use the FM ones.

regardless of the league. The Brazilian league is a very good league so don't let the "high" stats shock you some of them may be overrated no doubt but the truth is it's just as good as some second tier leagues in europe (Eredivisie, Liga Sagres, etc.)

You see those guys go to great lengths to argue about the intricacies of the famous players which is good- but then an unknown player is created by someone who is obviously a fan of the team and no one questions it. A long time ago I used their stats for the Bundesliga and one team I created Arminia Bielfeld won the CL That team in real life is somewhere in the 3rd division now in real life.

But as to your question minus 3 from each stat and the player should fit somewhat within the game. They tend to get a lil excited with young players imo.

PSD's a great resource but personally, I use their stats as a guide only. They'll give you a player's strengths and then I'll compare with other in game players and make more realistic stats myself. That is if paul hasn't already posted- his stats are solid.
