@ UnderPressure - If you're on PS3, save the picture on to a flash stick, copy it on to your PS3. In game, in the stadium editor, go into Stamford Bridge and into one of the stands. Judging on the dimensions of the picture I guess it goes on the fencing so select whichever fence slot you want and you'll see two options; one with numbers and something like upload image or select image (something like that - it's been a while since I've done any stadia). Select that second option, find your image in the menu that comes up and press x on it. I've done a horrible job of describing it, which has made it sound complicated but it's not, it's really easy- you'll see once you give it a dig.
