Great stuff all. Thanks 7oy. Thumbs up.

I have some thoughts about some of the stats;

Ben Marshall (Leicester) should be rmf* lmf, rwf, lwf. He hasn't played cmf as far as I can find. He could probably also get a long ranger card.
Scott Allan (Portsmouth) personally I'd have him as amf* cmf, rmf but cmf is probs ok as his main position.
Karim Rekik (Portsmouth) I think attack: 26 is abnormally low even for a 16 year old centre back. He's been playing left back for Pompey but he is a right-footed centre back. With their current situation, I'm not sure whether he can play in the full back positions or if he's in that position out of necessity.
Ryan Edwards (Reading) is a midfielder not a goalkeeper

Top work with all the stats. I've been struggling to keep up with you both over the last week or so.

Ok meat I'm in agreement with everything you've said. Without letting this fall into another PSD thread I haven't really ben taking that much notice of the players ive been posting up to be fair, I've just been posting whatever the converter came out with.

The converter isn't perfect and needs a little artistic licence for some stats sometimes, I know nothing about this Rekik guy so wouldn't have known any better really, so thanks for that.

Most of those posts were mine I think so I will go through leter when i get the converter switched on again :)

ALL, there have a few mistakes made in my posts as far as player stats go, I have been correcting them as I go along putting the stats we are making in to my own game. They are not major changes or mistakes just things like shot acc. 5 instead of 55 so keep an eye out for things like that and I will have them corrected eventually.

If any of you have suggestions like meat's above on player positions, cards, etc (the converter takes info from FM, which of course was written fairly early in the season) please post them up! As i've already said I don't want this to turn into a PSD style debate but if you are certain of tweaks which need to be made post away and I'll try to keep up :)

Changes made as per meat's suggestions :D

46 seems a reasonable attack score for a 16yr old CB who is playing out of position?! I decided to leave the positions as they were, they is nothing stopping the user playing a guy out of position, as he seems to be. His overall stats will just reduce that's all. I can add it in though, if you feel he has playing well enough there?

Thanks vinnie. I only looked at Rekik because I hadn't heard of him before. To be perfectly honest I don't think he does need the full back position added. From what little I saw he seemed to drift back towards his natural position quite a bit. One to keep an eye on perhaps. It seems strange to play him there when Ben Haim or Rocha would be more comfortable in that position.

Great work Kempie. I think Forest might be the next team I fix on my game.

I've updated the Forest lineup. I wasn't very happy with it when I did it the first time.

I've seen Ben Marshall play a few times this season back when he was on loan at Sheffield Wednesday. The converted stats aren't too bad, but I think need a couple of tweaks.

He's a right-footed, LEFT winger, who is equally comfortable going to the byline and crossing with his left, or cutting back inside onto his right to cross or shoot - watch Leicester's highlights from Saturday for a cracking example of this (it's about 2 minutes in). I know he's been playing predominantly right-wing for Leicester, but his best position is out on the left - his goal on Saturday came after Lloyd Dyer went off and he switched to the left wing.

He also has a pretty long throw (he did use to play for Stoke!). My suggestions are below (changes in bold):

Cool ta. I was going off the fact that he's been playing on the right for Leicester but I'm more than happy to bow to someone who's been watching him for longer than I have. His goal against Chelsea in the FA Cup came from him cutting in from the left and shooting from 25 yards. I still think he should have a long ranger card though. He's scored a couple of stunners recently and whenever I've seen him he doesn't seem afraid to shoot. From outside it's hard to see why Stoke let him go for just £1mil.

I meant to give him Long Ranger, but forgot - have added it in now; thanks for the prompt. He's scored a 25-yard free-kick for Leicester today as well.

Stoke let him go for £1m because his contract was up in the summer and he'd refused to sign a new one because he wanted regular first-team football. Sheffield Wednesday actually matched Leicester's bid, but Leicester offered him more money and probably a better chance of getting to the Premiership.

He was the stand out player in League One in the first half of the season - he got around 5 goals and about 15-20 assists in 20 games for Wednesday.

ok boys, ill make the suggested changes to Marshall tomorrow and, having now paid a bit more attention to him in highlights... i think ishould change scissor skills for speed merchant. any objections?

Been thinking, (yeah i know, look out ;) )

once we have converted stats for every player, i want to do the same for the SPL thread (ahead of PES2013) once thats done well know who's getting promoted to the championship!

Do you guys want those stats posted in here or just saved up for now? oh, and ill be converting stats for the EPL relegated players too. Same question applies.

Thanks BM. I've fixed all of those. I'd done the same thing with Kacaniklic as i had with Sean Davis- put him back in the EPL thread and left him in here .

vinnie, I think you're getting ahead of the game talking about the relegated EPL teams- they'll be in game until PES 2013 :D but the teams that are coming up from League 1 would be good. We're talking in a while anyway, right?
