Legend Players In Master League (Help)

Hi, my current master league team has a number of 'reborn' players.. zidane, del piero, fowler,thuram etc.
Pretty difficult at the minute as they're all 18 years old and have poor stats.. any idea how long until their stats start averaging at around 80?

Anyway, my actual question:
After starting the master league i went to 'shop mode' and bought some legend players like roy keane, ian rush, kenny dalglish, george best etc.

How can i get them into the 'newcomers' section in my master league to purchase them for my team? Is there any way to speed up the process.. do they appear at the next transfer window etc??

Also, any other tips on the kind of squad i'm doing.. (best legend players) would be much appriciated

It varies a bit from player to player, but most of the legends I've signed (I've got Pele, Zico, Zidane, Platini, Garrincha, Rivelino and Michael Laudrup) seem to get up to the 80s mark at around 19/20, some do it a bit faster some a bit slower.

You might have a bit of a problem on your other question, I'm sure I have read somewhere that only the shop players available when you start your master league ever appear. Others that you unlock afterwards will never appear in your master league. Unfortunately, despite much brain-racking I can't remember where I read it.

I don't know if anyone else out there can confirm??

shop and classic players appear in the next mid season transfer window but only if you have them enabled in your master league

others that you have bought will appear in teh master league in the next shopping window period.
