There are both good and bad aspects in the game, i definetely agree. But there will always be. The perfect football simulation is impossible. For those of you who disslike the AI - deal with it, as that may be the most difficult thing to make of all.
In general i think they've improved from pes 09 to 2010. Very much - and as for
the master league and managing aspects, i like them a lot. Don't see how it can be any problem. I've always looked for a combination of managing but still getting to play the games myself. And its not that much managing in pes 2010 by the way..

I actually like how the Master League has gotten a more deep managerial aspect. But why oh why can't we get offers like "REAL" managers after each season/midseason. I have seen on different boards people asking for this features for a couple of years now, and its still getting ignored by Konami for some strange reason.
I know that when Konami created the Master League, its main purpose was for you to pick a team and take it to the top. But Master League wasn't about managerial things neither, but they added it as the game has evolved.
Its just a tiny thing to add, and it would make for such great replayability as it would enhance the game's longevity.
Also, I don't understand why they don't add a multiplayer option for ML.

^ I like the mixture as well. And i don't really mind not getting offers. I like to take a small team then leading them to european glory, so wouldn't even consider accepting offers But i see what you're saying - would add more fun to the game in some people's eyes.
And as many of you mentioned - about the penalties. Haven't got a single one in the entire division 2 and 5-6 games into first division..
