PES Champions League turned out to be nothing more then a good advertising (with all the missing teams and all...). Only thing true to the original CL is it's visual identity, the rest is as good as edited cup/ league name. KONAMI dissapoints me second year in a row with it's lack of vision. Minimal gameplay improvements and standard set of options. Nothing new, really. Graphics are nicer but if we're gonna talk graphics then I'm off to play FIFA '09.

pes has not come out here yet but i did buy fifa 2 weeks ago and i am extremely dissappointed.. the player graphics are horrible..kits look bad, all playes look the same physically and walk like they have an invisible beach ball between their legs.. Del Piero looks horrible.. and the crowd looks like ea put as little effort as possible.. the only thing i enjoy about the game is be a pro and the roar of the corwd when i score a goal..

You are completley right about the Champions League mode being a marketting scheme.. a scheme I fell for after seeing the amazing trailer.

For new modes, BAL is really good but I would have rather they scrapped Champions League mode and put more effort into expanding Master League, BAL offline AND online.
