I agree. Longer time spent working more efficiently to work over all aspects of the game.
And a side-note; if they do not have analog support in next-Gen 360 and PS3 PES-games, I am considering not buying them or playing them at all.
I don't want auto-aim. I don't want any help. I just want the tools for determining hight, power and direction to all shots or long-passes, and then leave it to me to practise and become good at it, like in real-life. With a precision sport like this it is unforgivable to not have analog support.
It's like playing golf with three alternatives to tee off: Left, Right, Straight. Seriously, when I play a 40-meter long pass I want the ability to determine how high the pass is (how long time it will be airborne and at what angle it will touchdown, which determines if the ball will just zoom out to throw in or nicely stop quite quickly), how hard (depending on if I am aiming on the player or slightly ahead of him for him to run on). Also perhaps they could add some basic curl options, like when pressing the L3 button (pressing the left analog stick) during powerup for a shot or long-pass, the ball will get extra back-spin.
