To whom it may concern,
As a fan of the Pro Evolution Soccer series I would like to congratulate all the team who helped make it what it is today.

I am also a regular reader and contributor to a Pro Evolution Soccer forum and recently have noticed how they're appears to be a them and us situation developing between Konami and their fanbase.

Whilst I appreciate certain aspects with public dealership and the ability to not give too much away regarding the series I hope the situation is resolved sooner rather than later. I cannot stress how important Konami's relationship is with its fanbase on the Pro Evolution Soccer Series and konami's customer relations skills.
I would like to therefore suggest an Idea that may be suitable for Konami to inroduce not only in their best interests but also to help konami unite with the online fanbase.
I was thinking that maybe I myself could act as the go between to help knull rumours and initiate a first point of call between the company and its fans in the online forum.

Having read many posts regarding the series the fans online could help Konami achieve a much greater success towards the company goals.
I feel that in regards to konami not being able to take fans suggestions or ideas in terms of action for compensation quite frustrating as we just want to see the best out of the series. Having read the the companies and conditions I am willing to sign a consent form stating that I have no intentions of looking to claim for compensation for my work or help with the community as I am doing this as I enjoy it not for money.

Yeah.. I'm impressed with the letter .. it took me a while to pull it all together.. I am having so much trouble getting a contact at konami though.. I don't wanna just send it in willy nilly and hope for the best.. I need like a propper email address or postal address to send it too.. can anyone assist in this?

This is apparently the best place to contact Konami/Japan for sending stuff.. I'll give it a try now and see if they are allowed to forward emails to the respective departments.

I need the one for Asia.. really.. or Europe.. because they're the ones that develop the game.. i don't think the U.S has a hand in PES over in europe or do they?

You can even write to Konami.com, there is "contact us" section on the top. And the next page will show on which subject do you want to send this email for.. The first option is involving their video games/hobbies/toys.. although [email protected] is another one i can trust.. nice search there mate.

I have received a secured URL website in my hotmail address to register my Inquiry..
I've completed the inquiry and will report back with my findings.

Well.. initially they said the inquiry could not be dealt with via that email address.. the ythen sent me a secure url connection to my hotmail address .. they asked for usual stuff like name and email address then wanted to know the specifics of my enquiry.. but like i said it was a secure connection.. i'll see what they reply with... oh and i've already told them i'm well aware of konami's legal terms and conditions stating i am willing to sign a consent form.

I haven't heard anything back from Konami with regards to my suggestions.. it's been 10 days. I think i'll wait another four days and then try a different line of enquiry.
As always I'll keep posting to let everyone know of my progress.
