You have to hold the sprint button before the ball gets to you. So whatever button you use to sprint either RT or RB hold as the passed is made.

yeh i can do that one. but not the one where the ball goes under ur legs and leaves it. for example the player lifts his leg and lets the ball go, so that the other player can pick it up. u get me?

Yes sprint is the key to leaving the ball. Whatever button is set as sprint hold it.

i sware ive tried this a million times! all i seem to be doing is letting the ball run through my legs and turn after it. i cant seem to lift my leg and let the ball go through to another player. im probably just being retarded!

that's because you are also pressing a direction button either with direction pad or the analogue stick.

don't press any direction with your left hand and only press the sprint button, rb by default.

To do this you let go of all buttons when the ball is coming to you and hold r1 and your player should let the ball run through his legs. IMO this moves works best against a human player as when playing against the computer its players react straightaway and there is rarely enough pace on the ball to reach one of your teammates.
