Konami: to be more succesful over fifa i think that you would only need to do one thing,
could you please licence the barclays premier league and the championship.
could you also get the russian league as well as the german league.

Konami can't just go ahead and licence all the teams and leagues - I think it is more complicated then that.
Besides that is one of the things I like PES for - the option to edit and be creative :)
Option files are fun! Why not? If you want licenced teams and league you can - Just go ahead and buy FIFA, its simple. But if your a fan of PES and its option to edit then stick with PES - Plus have you heard about option files?

Yes some of the editing is restricted, but its still a great game and alot of people still choose it over FIFA.
