Licensed CL Teams

What's the problem?,I'm really looking forward to playing the Champions League in PES,you have the ad-boards,the logo's,the ball,the music and the all round atmosphere of the Champions League included and lincensed,so a few teams are unlicensed?,big deal.......use the editor,that's the whole point of that feature.

Let me say this,if every possible team on PES 2009 were licensed,what woul'd be the point in the edit mode and this website for example?,I enjoy browsing online for Option Files of Kit fixes,etc and I'm sure many other people do too,you're taking the fun out of the edit mode IMO if you have every possible team licensed.

Kit Editing will always be useful -regardless- of How many Licenses the game haves. For example, if you want to create your own Team, the Editing Mode gains Importance.

And better yet, if Konami gains more Licenses -it- would be even better if the Licenses had their "Default" Settings -but- with the Option of Editing them. Similarly to the Face Editing in PES5, where Players had their Default Real Faces -but- you could also choose to Edit their Faces.

I think that if Konami did the same with the Teams.. that would be great -as- we would get the Licenses, but we could also change the Team Kits with each passing ML season.

So whilst having more Licenses -the- Editing Mode would remain just as Important.

Anyways, I think Kit Editing is awesome -but- I also consider Face Editing just as Important. I hate the Look of random Faces, it gives the game a Cheap feeling.

Looking forwards to Improved Kit Editing and Face Editing options.

I'm not Moaning much about Licensing -because- with a proper Editing Mode we can Edit Most teams. But Honestly, I just cannot see How 24 Licensed teams can be considered as "plenty".

an official champions league game should on paper featured every teams stadium and every teams kit just as the old ps1 games did. But konami are not going to do that

Its not 24 teams though is it. Its 24 teams in the CL. Out of a possible 32. Your forgetting that most if not all teams in Serie A and La Liga are licensed but the leagues themselves are not, as well as the International licenses. The CL License and the Wembley and England license. Of course thats plenty, and when you consider you can have ALL teams and things licensed with one simple download, its just laziness that your not really greatful for more.

Its like this.Throughout the pes series the most important thing was and still is IMHO the "GAMEPLAY".There will be plenty of OFs doing the rounds so whats the problem? Some of the reviews i read said it plays like pes5 and if thats the case happy days.So stop moaning and wait till you play it first

all the plastic pes fans that just want the look of fifa etc can bite me. If pes was coming out and there wasn't 1 licenced team, but everything was still there, i'd be happy as one could be

Look....you know whats far...and i mean far more anoying than people moaning about a game that they have or havent played....is people moaning about people moaning....(if that makes any sense)

You are right however, we have endured no licences for years...BUT that should not be an excuse to allow for lackluster shit...back in the day you could at LEAST pick what the commentator called a Team...(remember picking a city in a country)...why did that go after Pro Evo 2..it was things like that what made the lack of licenses bareable..

With regards to the CL Licence whoever said '24 out of 32 is ok'...what a load of bollocks....EA have had 'Licenced' CL Games in the past also...im sure it contained all of the 32 teams.....

Its not a champions league licence that Konami have...its a fucking Green Provisional Licence....and we can only ride a pissing Ped....

Exactly! Konami only let us down once with all their football games.So the people who are moaning now will be hailing the game in a few weeks.

I accept the lack of licences....i truely do, however advertising the CL on PES....when it clearly is not The CL is wrong. Konami are hoping that people see the Stars and the badge of the CL and buy the game....imagine how many Neutrals will buy this game because of Messi and the CL on the box...it would have been better if they left the competition out and focused on pleasing us....with more intricate edit options...

Does anyone actually know for defernate what is & what is not licensed?

I can understand people being disappointed with having to spend £40 (next gen games) & then also do half the work that Konami should be doing.

Unless someone can prove to me that teams from Spain & Italy are not licensed then come forward, but until then pipe down and wait like the rest of us til the game is released. If it aint up to sratch then, then start complaining.

sorry to ask but are these Anorthosis Famagusta, Bate Borisov, Werder Bremen, Aalborg BK and Bayern Munich not actually in the game at all, or are they there but just noyt licensed (playernames correct but no sponsors etc)
