Whilst playing Pro Evo 5 on my pc a line keeps appearing on the screen which distorts the image.

I have changed the resolution but it doesn't make a difference.

I have a very good spec computer so I'm not sure what the problem is.

It happened on Pro Evo 4 aswell.

Could somebody help me please.

Also, make sure all of the cables are in properly and one of them isn't loose as it could also be that.

I tried what you suggested Sweey by adjusting the screen refresh rate and it worked

Cheers for that.

PES are the best series of games ever!

Try the other refresh rates - just in case. If none of them sort it out, tell me what video card and monitor you are using. Make sure you try all of the refresh rates first though - both with V-Sync on AND off. Some cards/monitors are a little strange and don't like when its turned off.

Hmmm i have an ATI All-In-Wonder, its supposed to be good, runs the game fine on highest settings, just the lines buggers online up abit, i tried 70hz and it made the game run really choppy, any suggestions?

You do have the latest drivers for your card installed don't you?

Do you have problems with any other games?

Does DirectX show any conflicts? (go to the Start menu, click on Run and type in dxdiag)
