i just get a "the page cannot be displayed" error in internet explorer

it doesnt work in firefox either it says "the connection was refused when attempting to contact tracker.tradedoubler.com"


please help, i have got the xbox version but their's never that many people online wanting a game, so was gonna get the ps2 version because i heard that their are a lot more people online and up for a game.
