And did you ever stop to think, he hasnt moved on, because, no one wants him? If he WAS that good, he'd be playing for Barca, Chelsea, Madrid, Juve... any of the big teams... No?

Have you ever seen him?......everyone has wanted him but he has refused to go,and don't just throw out names of big clubs cause perez has said numerous times you wants totti on madrid......You must never have seen him if you think of him like that his performance against ac milan this year was incredible he single handedly one the match and took apart out of one of the most solid defences in the world multiple times....he is a footballing genius.

I agree that Messi's stats don't seem good enough. Everyone says he gets amazing in ML, but I had him until 2010 with Man Utd and he really wasn't very good.

Messi should be a second striker, or a winger forward in a 4-3-3 formation, or an attacking mdfielder on the right or left in a 4-2-3-1 formation ;)

Don't think you know Serie A to be honest. When you start comparing Inzhagi and Gilardino with Totti, then you don't know his position. You can't compare an attacking midfielder with a striker.

messi works better for me on the right wing (the same position he plays for Barca) so that he can cut in and score fantastic goals with his left foot. Scores every 8/10 shots for me.

Not all stats are rights, which would have been impossible. I believe Quincy Owusu had a pretty low speed-rating, and there are many others which weren't correct. Just change the settings on those that dont make any sense, as obviously we do alot more playtesting then Konami, plus they cant know EVERY stat for EVERY player, especially not the new young ones. It's no big deal, just change the stats a little.

Ronaldinho no good in the middle? I wonder why Rikjard stuck him in the middle tonight against Chelsea then in the second half when they fell behind? Where did he score the wonder goal from? He is a mental strong player, holding players off with his upper body at will, he's unshakable. Slide rule passes between defences, and 1-2 triangles with nipple fekkers like Deco, hes superb, anywhere on the park and works fine in the middle.

Messi is unbelievable. Tonight showed that against Chelsea. He outpaced Del Horno like he wasn't there, he even outran Roben for christs sakes, you gotta be smoking crack if he isn't top ranking for speed.

Messi/Eto'o/Ronaldinho, compare that to Morientes/Crouch/Fowler/Cisse.
Drogba/Roben/Cole.
It aint rocket science is it?

Messi stats are silly low. period.
