List of real teamnames for Premier League teams

Hi Guys!
Long time no see!
Does anyone have a link to at list where all the real teamnames for the Premier League teams can be found.
I have changed the names of the most obvious teams - but for the rest I'm a bit in no-mans-land.
All the other years there has been a list of all the teams and the their real life counterparts names next to them.
If anyone has that list or know of a site where I can find that please post a link or something - thanks! ;o)

Sorry but you had me laughing there...
I know the teams in the Premier League - I just didn't know which team is which in the game since they have fake names (Arsenal - North London, and so forth...)
