Loaning out younger players

How do I loan them out myself?
Or do I actually have to wait untill a team wants one? :s
I sincerely hope not , because I've never had a team want to loan a player :(

I want some players to improve on another team while I use the stars for a while :s

You can't, unless someone makes a loan offer. When there are offers from multiple clubs for a young player, make sure to scroll thru using R2/L2 at the nego screen(under 'my team'). One of these might just be a loan offer.

In PES5, young players still improve even though you don't play them. Somewhere just along or slightly below thier default dev. curve.

However if you do manage to get loan offer, they'll improve more if they get regular first team action.

Cheers

^^ I know , that's why I wish I could do an offer to loan out a player to a team that needs some help :D

I trade my young players to clubs that aren't too good in exchange for one of their older players. I then release the old player and watch the young player get good. It helps make the game difficult but also helps improve your young guns, as you can buy them back when you feel like it.
