How do U change the settings so that the com teams in ML approach us for a loan deal?

I've had countless negotiations from com teams, but those had been either to sign a player or to get them on free transfer...

i've had com teams approaching to loan my players b4 and i've went ahead with the loan deal. But i didn't do any changes to whatever settings, so i think it's very much random.
