Create another user for your PS3, now start PES 2010 logged in with this new account. You will notice all your edited data is gone. Don't worry, just quit the game, delete the newly created account, use your regular account and trophy winning should be enabled again! :)

why would you go through all that? just delete the system data, or even better, dont copy it in the first place.
