whenever i seem to create a logo when you put it on the players kit it seems to be in a different colour like say i create a nike logo it is grey and if you change the colour it is like red on Arsenal how do you get it to just be the white nike tick?please help

You have to erase the white background when you begin. That will make the background transparent, you can then make logos that look the same on everyones kit.
