I have been having the same problems too. I found an OF here that is for North America. It has all the correct emblems and logos and uniforms but not any add'l Leagues or created teams.
Its here in the forum and it works. Look for it.

But dont forget to follow his instructions. Espically about the deleting your old files in the GAME DATA UTILITY. Thats most important.
