Hi all.
I have a problem, I´v just started a new season 2009 and I spent to much money on a player, so I´m -5000 points short on paying the players salary on the first day of the season and it seems to be game over though it isn´t if I win games. Any tips or cheats?

It´s just a big mistake I made bidding for a player. I don´t want to lose everything I built up.
Please responde.

Thanks

5000 isn't too much if you're still on the first day of the season. Just win as many games as possible, scoring loads of goals along the way and you'll be sorted. Or if it's not going well midway through, sell some players at the midseason negotiation period.

You don´t understand :)
I´v just started a new season and I have to pay the salary from the last season and I´m -5000 short. When I load the game it sometimes says it´s game over! :( I bet someone has had the same problem.

Well in short, you're buggered. Unless you are in a negotiation period, there's no way of getting the money that you need.

there no money cheats at all mate.

If you are -5000 and the negotiation period is over you are fucked!

just need to be more careful next time

oh well time to start again  the fact that it would of said this will result in game over if you bid for this player etc should have made you wise to your lack of money and stopped you bidding for player's+there's the expected earning's bit which you should look at before making big bid's for player's etc etc.....

The first rule of pro evo. Never save after signing someone in the off season, if it takes you below the players salary. Sign him, then try to recoup the money somehow, and if it ends in game over, you just reload and try again.

its probably not the first rule but's it's deffinetly up there! i've always got the game on auto save, but i always turn it off for the negotiation period incase

a) it doesn't go to well
or
b) game over

When it comes to the ML, it is certainly the first rule. We can all sympathise with the thread creator though as we have all been in the same situation in the past. It's just another of lifes important lessons that you learn along the way.

That never happened to me. Once I was close though. Luckily someone bought Ruskin for 7600 points.
