hey everyone i am having trouble with the training and expierant points i am not sure how comes some of my players dont get any exp points when they are playing every week and there stats are going down does anyone have any ideas on how to get exp points and how to get my players to develope

It's just the way their development curve is. I know Antonio Valencia and Andy Carroll have curves like that. Diego at Juventus as well.

how do you find out players development curves n is there any way to improve the players stats that are not improving and how comes there team work is going down much quicker than anything else

First question. You can't, but after the first part of the week, if they gain experience, then they are on the up, if not, they are going down. Usually after the first season, they get MUCH better.

Second question. No, no matter what you do, their stats will not improve in that season. The season after though, watch out...

Final question. If you bring in new players, team work will suffer quickly. If you play different line ups and leave some regulars out of the line up, team work will also decrease.

ok thanks for your help very helpfull but one more question how do i get people interesting in players that i want to sell/loan out because no one has shown any interest in my players even the ones with about 70 80 rateings

It's based on how they perform in matches. If they score 20 goals or assist in 10, they get attention.

Lucky you! I;m trying to sell Amauri, and he has scored over 20 in the league and has like 15 assists, and still not a single offer!!!:no:

Hmm, what is his overall? Nile Ranger shot up 12 points in one season and was getting all sorts of offers.
