I tried it without the 7-0 scoreline and it didnt work...
Tried it with it (using the multiple goal cheat) and it didn't work either.

I'd kind of figured that it would take you back to the Mode Select Menu before I even tried the cheat. But I thought that I'd give it a go just incase.

The strange thing is, the site that it is on, seems to be quite a highly popular cheats site, so I don't know why they would put a scam up on a site of such a high standard.
