man utd formation and players??

whats the best formation to use for manchester united?? and whats the best players i should use???
as i aint having much luck scoring many goals atm,

I use the default one which means Berba plays SS yup you heard that right. Scoring so many goals at the moment.

Neville, Rio, Vidic, Evra
Ronaldo, Carrick/Hargreaves, Scholes, Park
Rooney, Berba

I once played a fella online who basically played four upfront....

Those said four were Ronaldo, Tevez, Berbatov and Rooney

You could give that a go...

Similar to Stormrider, except I have used Brown instead of Neville for the additional pace. Favour Hargreves for DMF with attack arrow back towards your own net so that he helps cover if Brown or Evra push forwards.

If Scholes is knackered, Giggs best fills the gap due to Anderson being shit. Nani as back-up to Ronaldo & Park.

I've switch Ronaldo and Rooney's position so Ronaldo plays forward now. Pretty cheap cuz Ronaldo will be unstoppable as forward.

Default formation with:
Neville, Rio, Vidic, Evra, Nani ( switched at half time with Park), Ronaldo, Carrick (slightly more defensive position) Scholes (slightly more attacking position), Berbatov and Rooney (playing slightly deeper than Berba)

Always does the trick for me. It may also help to tuck your wingers in more centrally so they're more accessible.

Yeah and also switching Ronaldo up front with Rooney or Tevez on the right wing instead works well too.

For Manchester United is use the following:

Van Der Sar (GK)
Hargreaves (RB), Ferdinand (CB), Vidic (CB), Evra (LB)
Park Ji Sung (CM), Carrick (DM), Scholes (CM)
Ronaldo (RWF), Tevez (CF), Rooney (LWF)

Occassionally I switch Hargreaves to DM and bring in Brown at RB. RB is a real trouble spot I think, I prefer Hargreaves in DM, but Brown is a liability at RB. So it depends who I'm playing!

Rooney is great at LWF, because he can cut in and fire a thunderous shot plus he's got a decent cross on him. I like having pace upfront so obviously Ronaldo and Tevez work well. I never play Berbatov, he's just not good enough. Too slow, and not good enough in attack to make up for it like Van Nistelrooy or someone like that.
