is anyone else having a problem when choosing man utd to play in masters league cos everytime i choose them it has the wrong players in the line up..damm weird...

Erm.... this is how all the players are in the master league, they give u crap players no matter what team u choose because you are in div 2 and it gives you the purpose of buying new ones.

No matter what team you start with you get players like valeny,castolo,espimas!you have to win games and get points to buy new players its all part of the challenge!hope this explains!

Yep, that's the way the ML works. If you don't like that, you can also try playing the League mode with any club or the Konami Cup (choose the Round Robin option) but these are just simple leagues with no buying or promotion and stuff like that.

blimey...i dont think he deserved that kind of attack...flamin 'eck!!...gave me a shock too the first time...in Iss pro evo 1 when i discovered all teams started with the same cruddy players...but it grew on me, as the season went on, i can remember managing lazio....and after a while....I had a quality team, had players like shevchenko, Davids, Raul..I was unstoppable......seany, take it as a challenge.

UberOne, this is what makes PES games so adictive and fun to play, the fact that you have to build your team from scratch! If I simply started the game and could play as the full Spurs side or whoever, where would the challenge come in?
Even I got a bit annoyed when I first played these games when in ML and you play Rangers with Shearer up front!!?? I first thought the update disc had screwed all the teams but then I realised that all teams in ML will actively buy and sell players which makes for a really unique playing experience, I think anyway...

so if I understand, in master league mode you start with a team who has no good players and all the way down (if you win games) you can buy good players like Ronaldo, etc... ?

So if you win allot you can play with a world team you bought together? With buffon , carlos, nesta, maldini, etc.. ??
