Or alternatively have a play around with the player appearances yourself... there is a more realistic looking Ruud Van Nistelrooy face on the game which is better than the default... you will just have to find it....

Some of the other players do look quite good.. add howards facial hair and he looks more like himself with the exception of the fact that his skin is a bit too dark on the game. I have an excellent version of Cristiano Ronaldo which I will post on the Premier League players forum...
