Waddup y'all!

I am still strugglin' with PES 2008 on the PS3, the slowdown and framerate issues (offline) are quite horrendous.

I cant download the update as my connection out here in Africa
ain't that good at all.. Is there a way to get the update offline, transfer it via USB to the PS3? Or is there someone out there kind enough to upload it (where I'll download it to my flash drive)? Please help, I am sure I am not just alone in this odd situation
