Ok. I know Giggsy11's done a cool guide to these, but many people seem to have a problem with f/k's. This is exactly how I did this one:
1) From this distance, with Mara's curling/power stats I aimed about 1/2 the width of the goal away from the left post (as we see it)
2) Keep you finger on :R1: throughout the f/k.
3) Hold up/forward on the D-pad, then fill the power bar with :square: , from this distance I let it fill to 3/4 power.
4) As soon as I had the power bar up to 3/4, I roll my thumb across the D-pad, still pushing forward, rolling it towards the goal (forward & diag-right, then right) in one smooth movement.
5) I ended with my D-pad aiming right & my finger still on :R1: (& my cornflakes on the sofa).
