hahah hell yeh...he's always been a crack head since the mid 80's...he's in rehab again because of his addiction. What you think they do in south america smoke pot?...crack is the drug of choice there..and also for the rich.

yo I cant seem to dominate with maradona in master league
everytime he receives the ball, he gets knocked off of it so easily by the defender

I'm still sceptical. Definitely not saying Di Stefano isn't up there with the best, but defenders in those days weren't the same as they were in the Eighties and after. Plus the fact teams used to play daft formations like 3-2-5!
If Gentile had marked Di Stefano we might have seen how good he really was. He was the original one-man swarm.

if this was the case, pele is surely over-rated then.

most of us didnt watch maradona and pele played. but we have to consider the facts though:

pele in 1958. had the assistance of garrincha, didi, etc. pele in 1970, played in the best national team the world has ever seened with the likes of carlos alberto.. etc. pele was a great player definately, good finishing, good vision. i agree pele was more all rounded in terms of passing and vision and his ability to use both feet. but he needed space, and he needed his team mates. and the media elevated pele because of his age and didnt do the same for garrincha.(he died in his own vomit due to drug overdose becus his career was in a wreck while pele enjoyed a flowery career)

maradona didnt need space. but he was selfish with the ball and didnt have vision as great as pele. but, when he had the ball, he was second to no one. his ball control was better than pele by a mile and his shot accuracy was better than pele's anyday. that only applied to his left foot though.

i don't know much bout pele's club career, i know he won many brazilian league titles, maybe he did it single handedly? but for maradona, he took napoli, a team facing battling relegation in most of their history and brought them to 2 italian titles and a uefa cup. and its a fact that he was surrounded by the most average players. same goes in the world cup stage. if pele played in a team like argentina of 86, without the support, i doubt he'll be able to score as many goals as before. and even when maradona's career was going downhill, he was still brilliant enough to lead argentina to another world cup final.

pele was more all-rounded, but maradona was definately superior individually.

di stefano's probably the best all-rounded player of all time. only zidane can rival him but he's pretty inconsistent and slower, not to mention lazier.
