erm probably not.. lol, well i wud even have trouble buying him nd mine team popularity is S, and hes not a very good buy coz he basically at his peak nd his stats will start dropping.. well depending on his age so i would go for some younger talents.

Put in a huge offer for him and save the game.
Load it up again and see if it is accepted if not just load it up again and keep doing this until they say yes.

I got Kaka, and 2 seasons later got rid of him. Why?
1, he was getting to late 20's early 30's
2, I got some kid called Trejo who turns better than him.
Kaka, is good for about 2 or 3 seasons, after that his stats decrease. The only reason i got him is because Milan released him so i got him for free.
IMHO, Kaka is a waste of transfer points. You could have got about 5 or 6 young players, for the points you paid for Kaka, and turn out better.
Look in the "Future Potentional" section, or "Search by talent" and then "Sort by Age"

I tried desperately to sign Sergio Ramos. After Real refused negotiations a million times, I gave up and bought a couple of other decent players with the cash instead. For some reason I decided to try for Ramos one more time even though I no longer had the money and...the bastards let me negotiate. But, annoyingly, I didn't have any money so there was no point. Even more annoyingly, my team popularity went up from A to S in the first week of the new season. Ah well, maybe I'll get him in the next transfer window...

Dont bother if he is in his late twenties.
Same thing happened to me and i was really let down when i signed him,he was too old for me to change his style of play i reckon
