Master League - Hiring top players

Hey guys, I got a big issue here that is really getting on my nerves. I've been trying to call some good players such as messi, eto'o, ballack, xavi, deco and a few others. However, none of them seem to be willing to join my team. The reason? That's the point! My team is already labeled "S" and I've won every tournament I could win.

I try to offer them the higuest payment possible but still, they aren't coming. I've set the "Master League level" to Very Easy and "Transfer Frequency" to High, but didn't work either.

Also, I'm trying to sell some players of my team but putting them on "Enter as possible transfer" or something, although I'm not even getting any offer on them. And I'm talking about good ones, like adriano, recoba, maldini and drogba.


Any tips?

Assuming it's took you at least 3 years to win every possible thing (4 if you count the Masters Cup), then my advice would be not to bother with those players, they're only gonna get worse now. Messi is possibly worth it but you can get players who will be as good for a lot less.

And the reason they're not selling is probably due to the fact the clubs simply 100% don't want to let the player go.

the number next to the player name in the transfer list shows how much they wanna stay at theyre club or wanna leave.. its 0 - 100 if its 0 then theres no possible chance of you buying them, if its 100 theyll almost certainly join ur club depending on how much u offer.
dont buy players that are good now.. look at theyre development arrows to see if they still progressing.

I forgot to mention that the development option is disabled on my ML.

I thought the players were supposed to join the team for a certain price, but looks like this pro evolution things have changed.

The transfer system is arcane/random.

Don't take the rejections personally, as I do. It's a money thing...
