Is there a way to develop individual players to play well in more positions?
Maybe by placing them in that position similar to BAL?

Meaning if a player is SMF, can i train him to be WF as well?

It hasn't been possible before, but it would be nice if it could be implemented, especially on the non-real players, as some of them don't have the stats/physical attributes that best suits their default positions.

On the existing players, you can of course edit their positions in edit mode.

In a way you can, especially in the off season because you could just train your man in the skills required to play in that position i.e train him speed if you want a fast wf. It won't ever change his position marker but if you are that bothered you could just go to edit and tick the box for his second position. If the player is good enough just play him in that position. I often play my attacking midfielder as a SS.
