Master League Problem

In my master league i've won it like twice now and i don't seem to be getting promoted as i'm playing the same crappy teams again an again.

Why is this?

Is it because i'm only playing the league on 3 star at the moment or what?

I don't know the system PES use to promote, but even wining 15 of 16 matches in my second season and wining first place on first season, I'm still position 63 ¿?

I don't really know what you mean, You have won the D2 League twice? plus i wouldn't really get into a game on 3 stars as you can't move the star rating up pre-season like past versions. Start again on 5stars/6stars and you should get promoted.

do you mean the WEFA ranking's?? I am ranked 7 altogether in the WEFA ranking's and I have

Won D2 League
Won D2 Cup
Won Wefa Championships
Won D1 Cup (twice)
2nd in League
3rd in League and I am now ranked 7.

What have you done to be still in 63 in the WEFA rankings

Regardless of your star rating. You should get promoted to Div1 from Div2. You maybe thinking or used to play on PES2, when you had to go through 4 leagues to get to the top. On PES5, there are only 2 leagues.

Well that sucks if i'm in the top league with teams like Aquitane.

And you can change the star difficulty when your at the end off the season.
